PhishScore.ai is a community-powered scam detection platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyze suspicious messages, emails, and content. The Service provides scam probability scores, red flag identification, recovery guidance, live threat intelligence via PhishScore Radar, and forensic investigation reports via PhishScore Deep Intel (Beta).

All analysis provided by PhishScore.ai is generated by artificial intelligence and is for informational purposes only. While our AI is highly accurate in identifying common scam patterns, it can occasionally misinterpret complex, nuanced, or novel content. PhishScore.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis, score, or recommendation provided. You should independently verify all information before taking any action, especially before making financial decisions, filing legal complaints, or pursuing legal remedies.

Nothing on PhishScore.ai constitutes legal advice. PhishScore Deep Intel reports, forensic analyses, and recovery plans are provided as guided starting points only. You are strongly advised to consult with a licensed attorney before taking any legal action based on information obtained through the Service.

PhishScore Deep Intel is currently in beta. Paid forensic investigation reports are provided on an as-is basis. By purchasing a Deep Intel report, you acknowledge that: (a) the report is AI-generated and may contain errors or omissions; (b) you should independently verify all entity names, domain information, IP data, and URLs before relying on them; (c) the report is provided for informational and recovery-planning purposes only; (d) human review and expert investigation tiers are fulfilled manually and timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Due to the digital nature of AI-generated forensic reports, all sales are final once a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical failure that prevents report delivery, please contact contact@phishscore.ai within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

You agree not to use the Service to submit content that is false, misleading, or intended to harass individuals; to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform; to submit content for which you do not have the right to share; or to circumvent rate limiting, access controls, or security measures.

By submitting content marked as Public, you grant PhishScore.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display an AI-generated summary of your submission in the community feed. You retain ownership of your original content. Private and Anonymous submissions are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

All platform code, design, AI prompts, scoring methodology, and branding are proprietary to PhishScore.ai. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PhishScore.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated analysis, failure to recover lost funds, or delays in report delivery.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
